THE DRML™ SERVICE - TRIAL ACCOUNT

We (Digital Rights Management Limited - referred to in this document as 'DRML') have to set out basic terms and conditions for your use of the DRML™ Service Trial Account.

Please note that even though you have a limited usage of certain aspects of the DRML™ Service you are still required by law to be subject to certain terms and conditions.

We have tried to keep these to an absolute minimum.

YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING

You are over 18.

You understand that this is a reduced facility only and is not meant to be the full commercial DRML™ Service offering.

You understand that this usage gives a set of limited options.

You understand that DRML may withhold any receipts on the sale of licences at its reasonable discretion.

You warrant without limit that you have all necessary rights for use of any content that you upload through the DRML™ Service Trial Account and as such fully indemnify DRML in this regard should there be any dispute over the ownership or exploitation of content packaged by you through the use of this service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE DRML™ SERVICE TRIAL ACCOUNT

We have set out our terms and conditions in plain and simple English and we would urge you to read them ! [ We hope that these are a simple and clear set of terms and conditions ].

DRML grants you a non-exclusive non-transferable account login to use the DRML™ Service Trial Account - which includes the DRML PC Client and other third party software - for a limited amount of content.

DRML has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that its proprietary software works. DRML is, however, under no circumstances whatsoever under applicable law responsible for any failure of this service.

DRML is not responsible for the nature and type of content you choose to package - this is your responsibility. We do not examine your content. You are entirely responsible for the content you package through the DRML™ Service and agree to indemnify us in this respect.

DRML will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your content is packaged and available for you to download within 1 working day of submission.

The content submitted by you for packaging will be held ready and available for you to download for only 7 days. After that it may be deleted from our database and may therefore no longer be available for collection by you.

DRML will not be responsible for keeping or returning any original files submitted by you through the service, though we may do so at our sole discretion if requested by you.

DRML can suspend access to your login account, material and our databases at any time without any liability or explanation to you.

DRML reserves the right to terminate or limit your access to the site at any time without notice.

Nothing in this Agreement shall affect your statutory rights in the United Kingdom.

This Agreement will be governed by UK law.
